Awesome & comfortable shoes
I love these shoes. They are very comfortable right out of the box. One important note: Do not get them wet. I got my right shoe only slightly wet. The next time I put them on, the inner lining in the heel area had slipped and bunched up creating a very uncomfortable lump above my heel. The material that had bunched up was encased between the outer fabric and the inner fabric making it inaccessible. I really did not want to return them and wait for another pair, so I wet the shoe in the problem area and manipulated the lumpy area with my fingers until the shoe was acceptable to wear. This process took a lot of patience, but worked.
These are slick on the bottom bad.
I love the pattern of the shoe. It is fun and creative. They are soft and lightweight. I do find ghat even with a shoehorn the left shoe tends to roll under when putting it on. Hopefully this will not led to an issue down the road. Overall, I am vey [leased with my new shoes
I have 5 pairs of UIN shoes. I would like to know if these shoes can handle walking around in Egypt and the Holy Land where I am going to. Can the quality of the shoes handle the heat and roughness of the grounds? I'd like to wear them because they are very, very comfortable but I'm just not sure if this brand can handle the tough terrain of Egypt and Jerusalem. Please advise.
